Submitting a request does not by itself create a client relationship or any obligation on the Company to provide Services.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees for service packages are stated on the Site or in a separate written agreement and are quoted in U.S. dollars. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Monthly packages are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
- Fees are due upon receipt of invoice unless other payment terms are agreed in writing.
- Fees paid are non-refundable except as expressly stated in a written agreement or required by law.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; changes will not affect fees already agreed for a current billing period.
5. Client Responsibilities
Certain Services depend on your timely cooperation. For example, you may need to record videos from scripts we provide, supply brand assets, grant access to social media accounts, and review deliverables. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all materials, information, and access you provide to us, and you represent that you have all rights necessary to share them.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Conceptos Design LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment of applicable fees, deliverables created specifically for you under an engagement are assigned to you, excluding any of our pre-existing materials, tools, templates, and know-how, which remain our property.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. The thoughts and strategies shared through the Site and the Services are a curation of professional experience in the digital marketing industry. We do not make any guarantees about your ability to achieve results or earn money using our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. Any references to results, metrics, or financial figures are estimates or illustrative examples only and should not be considered exact, actual, or a promise of performance or earnings. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
